Three Bathrooms ONE KITCHEN. ORIGINAL BUILT IN EARLY 1990s Placitas, NM  the kitchen had interesting shape and every inch had to count! so what is common for us all drawers for the base cabs creating access to every inch of space. We had “easy reach” L-shaped corner cabinet. Important to the client is the corner bar appliance (image).The other corner in the same room utilizes the sink for plumbing. Knowing that corner spaces are sometime difficult to work with, we utilized that as a corner housing as plumbing. We also found a piece of granite not large enough to accommodate the whole kitchen, so, we seemed an arch piece on the island and complimented that color on the appliance. As with many of our kitchens the stunning backsplash makes for instant eye-appeal along with the LED lighting

These three unique bathrooms were subtly different but were in fact designed to emulate and compliment the previous kitchen remodel we had done. With a great amount of assistance from Mrs. Deritec, every detail counted. Endless hours spent to handpick tile selections and locations. The Home is now complete with a new surprise at every corner!
